On the Streets and runway- Full Skirt

Fashion week, had started this month, first New York, London, Milan and now Paris, where designers present the new trends for the next Spring/ Summer 2014. But style, fashion isnt only on the runway, but also on the streets, where editors, bloggers, models show there style, their taste for fashion.

You find a mix of trens from summer and new trens for fall. One of this trens is the skirts, short or long, but now we have below the knee.

Next im going to show you some looks, sophistcated, classics, girly...

In my opinion, this type of skirt, narrow waist of the woman, making it thinner, more feminine. A woman is much more elegant, without losing junventude or even your height. May well play with the material of the skirt, using different standards, such as wearing a skirt more classical and mixing it with a simple t-shirts.

Hope you like it.

The lovely Tiramisu

One of the things that i like to give to me family is, a beautifull and delicious dessert. So this past weekend i decide that was time to do an italian dessert... a Tiramisu.

Tiramisu, is a layered dessert, consisting of alternating layers of coffee-soaked lady fingers and sweet mixture of mascarpone cheese, eggs and sugar.

Like i said before, is an italian recipe, that means "pick me up" or "lift me up".

Its not very precise the origin of Tiramisu, it has been reported that Carminantonio Iannaccone, create the recipe in 24 December 1969 near Venice. Others say that is a variation of another layered dessert, and others sources report the creation in honour Cosimo III (penultime medici Grand Duke of Tuscany), when he visited the city of Siena.

Who created is a genious, because the recipe is amazing, next you can see my creation. I give you some photos, and the recipe that i use.

Ingredients:
  • Lady Fingers: 300 grams
  • Eggs: 5
  • Sugar: 6 tablespoons
  • Mascarpone cheese: 250 grams
  • Strong coffee q.b.
  • Rum or Licor: 100 ml
  • Cocoa q.b.

Preparacion:
  1. Dip the lady fingers into the coffee shallow bowl: let them soak on each side enough to become damp but not soggy. Line the bottom of a 22cm squate glass dish with a layer of biscuits.
  2. Separate the eggs, but keep three of the whites. Whisk the two yolks and the sugar together until thick and a paler yellow, then fold the rum or licor, and the mascarponne to make a moussy mixture.
  3. Whisk the white eggs until thick and fronthy. Fold the egg white into the yolky mascarpone, and then spread half of this mixture on top of the layer of biscuits.
  4. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, and then top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  5. Cover the dish with clingfilm and leave in the fridge overnight. When you are ready to serve, push the cocoa powder through a small tea strainer to dust the top of the tiramisu.
Bon apetite

P.S. Im sorry for my lack of posts, but i promise ill be more present.
